Description:
Focus or Fail - it's that simple. Mick’s talk is an excellent overview of why focus matters if you want to succeed, how focus directly influences your results and how to obtain focus (or re-focus). Mick will present a methodology for startups of how to find focus, keep it and execute on it. He'll take some real examples from the audience and demonstrate how to apply the approach. We'll then invite the audience to share stories of focus failure and success through focus, and what their learnings were.
Cost: No cost for the workshop. Ordering lunch is optional on own tab.
